Funny enough, our teacher had originally planned that we visit the famous Studio Ghibli museum but it was under a full MONTH construction. Can you believe which month… take a WILD guess. The month we are there. Damn! This was news before the trip began but was a sad thought every time it came up in conversation.

There isn’t all bad news though! There just happens to be a place or two that will extent the Ghibli name and merchandise to you at the right locations. We just happen to hit a location, in the same area of the Pokémon Store front we found. A full on studio shop that showcased all the movies and their accessories. Just wow!
