The theme park down the street

One of the most interesting oddities of being in Japan was the fact that there was theme park just down the road.

This theme park has been mentioned in many mediums of media so it was pretty interesting to see it in person. There were only a handful of rides and before you might think “were they fun for the price of admission?”, I don’t have a damn clue. You see, we went into this park for another reason one day, food I believe, but we didn’t jump in line to go into the park. Heck, the park didn’t even feel like it was open if memory recalls corrrectly. It was void of the casual traffic that parks are suppose to always have.

Regardless, we don’t know the price or the experience of the rides on a first hand basis and I’m sure those questions can be answered in moments with a few Google searches. I do know that it was the real deal in terms of size and look. It was a actual roller coaster and farris wheel in the middle of the city.

It was a sight to be behold and I made a promise to myself that it WILL be entered and enjoyed maybe the next time. The money and time management was just not lining up on the day we went inside…
